-Maintained all facilities on property to include 2 restaurants, 4 guest cabins, 44 rooms, luxury spa and 3 hot tubs.

-Perform inspections and repairs of hvac, plumbing, and electrical systems.

-Operate tools, machinery, tractors, pickup and trailers as necessary for maintenance tasks and event setup.

-Collaborate and communicate with team members and leadership to accomplish tasks in a timely manner.

-Budget annual allocations against training requirements set forth by headquarters Department of the Army.

-Communicate across multiple levels of leadership to ensure key leaders understand timelines and all other pertinent information regarding land, ammunition, training aids, and transportation guidelines.

-Resolved complaints in a timely manner while ensuring satisfaction remains at optimal levels.

-Coordinate supply chain logistics for all things pertaining to ammunition procurement, transportation and storage locally, within the United States and internationally while in accordance with state, federal and Department of Defense guidelines when on a public roadway or by aircraft.

-Manage 35 personnel in all day-to-day activities.

-Maintain accountability of $7,481,973.00 of equipment for an Engineer Platoon.

-Plan all aspects of training at the platoon level and validate all training plans at the fire-team and squad level.

-Maintain readiness in all personnel in order to facilitate the ability to deploy on short notice.

-Mentor and develop subordinates in all things Combat Engineer related.

-Advise the Platoon Commander on all things pertaining to the platoon.
