Through a sponsorship with the Gaming Malta, we managed to run six events on a weekly basis, which attracted over two million interactions in the course of under two months, and showcased over five hundred teams of five players participate in said events.
As a founder my responsibilities were (but not limited to):

As someone who's personally worked and competed in said ecosystem for the past 5 years, I was asked to specifically design courses related to different jobs in the field, and deliver them to students across Malta.
As a Senior Lecturer I had to:
- Design Courses - Deliver Live courses in person as well as online. - Deliver Speeches at schools across Malta. - Consult regarding new features to implement or new courses to create.

In 2020 Level Academy was founded to target youths whom are interested in the Gaming Ecosystem, be it PC Gaming, Console Gaming, Mobile Gaming, or even content creations. The Academy provides courses for both the youths as well as their parents in such a way for them to improve to a level where they could get a job within the ecosystem, participate and compete, and for the parents, to help them understand more about the ecosystem their children are so interested in.

I have since 2016 worked with organizations locally and abroad on event organization & production on an offline and online setting. This includes organization from early stages to the later stages until completion.

Having started here as a Junior Back End Developer with the company, my responsibilities shifted over time from minor tasks to whole projects.

These tasks include:

Creation of gaming related banners.

Implementation of minor functionality changes in existing code.

Implementing new code to meet client needs.

Exploring new technologies to assist our business needs.

Liaising with clients to explore their needs and how we can assist.

Managing the technical aspect of our products during meetings with clients.

I started working as a contractor with SITA. Having my main qualification in Electronics, such a position was easy for me to fill and adapt into. Most work in this position involved servicing existing installations at the airport, as well as installing new features and finding measures to overcome previous issues.

This position also includes live support with various other entities within the airport.

As operations manager, I was contracted by GMR Entertainment to handle the Fortnite Event that was to take place at Playcon Malta.

This included but wasn't limited to all League operations, Stage Management, as well as all liaison with the production company we were working with (Advncr). This also included all live League Operations, and stage management decisions, as well as the handling and training of all stage and backstage staff needed to handle live production as well as score updating.

For this event specifically we had a 50 player stage, with up to 10 rounds per day of live gameplay occurring.

Upon a recommendation through ESL, I was asked to start doing some work with GLL, this involved live admin duties as well as team leading of ongoing online events, including the PUBG GLL Season 1, and Season 2, Season 3 as well as all minor tournaments around both seasons, with the most recent being the Wingman Sanhok and the Daily Tournaments. Following my work on their online platform I was also asked to fly out to Stockholm for their 3rd Season's Finals to work during their main event.

Bush Paranoia is the biggest Fortnite Community in Europe. My role within the community staff is to create content and deliver it in any manner possible in an efficient and effective way to get the players, talent, and other esports organizations involved.

Following a request by a staff head at ESL I undertook the task of becoming familiar with a newly launched game and thus recording sessions of said game's weekly community cups in order to gain valuable video material for future features.

Following said work I was also asked to attend weekly events in Katowice, Poland to act as the official Observer for the Non-Pro Tournament for Arena of Valor. This eventually also led me to be asked to cover the finals at Dreamhack Winter 2017. Following that I continued being the official Broadcast Coordinator for all weekly cups as well as all monthly finals.

The above experience gave me vital contacts in esports varying from casters, to organizers as well as producers and other key players that make esports what it is today.

Recently started managing multiple sections on the GosuGamers portal, from handling staff resources in order to cover live events, to bringing our past records up to date as to meet the highest of standards. Since joining GosuGamers I've been required to know every single event that took place in multiple titles. This included all the management work required in maintaining a live database, as well as the recruiting and training of any crew needed to maintain such a database on a 24 hour, 365 day schedule:

My responsibilities involved the handling of the internal showroom independently, as well as the handling of any returns claims with suppliers and if needed any direct technical queries that customers could ask.
