Built and managed an internationally award winning digital marketing agency for 7 years. Developing it into one of Malta's leading agencies. My greatest accomplishment is that the processes I have built and trained my team ensures it can run successfully without me.

The team are well versed in profiling one another to maximise communication efficiency as well utilizing EOS to keep the company on track and team accountable for their 90 day goals.

I developed a lean structure, which gives the agency the ability to scale up as required without incurring added fixed costs.

I haver personally provided consultancy and managed campaigns for international clients such as Merck, PwC and MTA to name a few.

We also developed CSR projects, such as Wave of Change and The Bubble NGO whcih have a profound positive impact on our local community.

Since 2017 I have been an ERASMUS Entrepreneur, coaching small business owners to help them develop their skillsets in Strategy, Planning, Execution, Entrepreneurship, Brand, Vision and beyond. Due to my success I have been invited to multiple international speaking opportunities at the EU commission in Strasbourg, in Austria and Malta.

My purpose in life is to get the best out of those around me. I do this by living my core values which are Growth, Curiosity and Experience.

In all my endeavors I aim to say less and listen to more, to truly understand the needs of those around me, and utilise my coaching and problem solving skillsets to help team members achieve their unique ability, giving them ultimate satisfaction in their work, which gives a greater ROI to the company.
