- At Heptagon I started my career as an Analyst and subsequently was promoted to Associate and further as a Senior Associate. I was part of team that managed the operational side of a UCITS Fund platform consisting of 12 funds with various strategies including equity and long/short funds.
- Performed NAV reconciliations, monitored investment restrictions, calculated management, performance fees, rebate payments. Created client reports and supported clients, sales team and sales support team with any operational queries.
- Subsequently took on role of preparing regulatory reports including PRIIP KIDs, UCITS KIIDs, EMTs, EPTs and more.
- Was involved in implementing new system for NAV shadowing that focused on more analytical top down approach as opposed to manual reconciliations of data.
- Worked with various platforms and distributors to onboard UCITS funds.
- Was involved in process of converting funds from Article 6 to Article 8 and helped launch Article 9 fund under SFDR regulation.
