Investigate transactions when required.

Using Omnipay to confirm the status of transactions.

Keeping record of the stock count (Terminals,Chargers, plugs).

Testing faulty terminals.

Shipping faulty terminals for repair.

Reporting to the COO and Manager daily.

Coordinate production workflow for one or multiple products.

Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay. Determine manpower and raw materials needed to cover production demand.

Monitor jobs to ensure they will finish on time.

Address issues when they arise aiming for minimum disruption.

Obtain output information (number of finished products, percentage of defectives etc.)

Welcome guests to the hotel and carry their luggage.

Answer queries about the hotel and make reservations.

Arrange taxis and book tickets.

Receive and forward all types of goods and deliveries in and out of the factory to the correct point of storage area.

Follow all standards for issuing and receiving stock within the stores area of operation.

Monitor and take inventory on regular basis to compile orders based on par levels or needs.

Maintain clear and organized records to ensure all reports and invoices are filed and stored properly.
