Provides exceptional customer service to client departments through high quality work and responsiveness. Performs the accounts payable functions for diverst set of clients, processing invoices, journal vouchers and purchasing card transactions. Initiates accounts receivable invoices to external and internal customers and assists with collection of revenue on behalf of clients. Primarily responsible for establishing the kitchen setup at a new jail facility. Establish a structured menu which included facilitating contacts with new and existing outside suppliers to help with establishing a budgeted supply chain of food supplies. Managing the the inventory and the budget as it pertained to the kitchen. Prepared meals to feed on average 250-300 inmates on a 3 meal per day basis, maintaing a blananced and caloric meal. Hiring and terminating inmates, training inmates to prepare and bake from scratch all meals and to maintain an orderly and clean environment.

Duties included all aspects of running and operating a bakery. Proficient in all areas of the bakery from cake decorating, making, proofing and baking bread products for the daily needs of the bakery, baking all items needed for the floor and making sure all areas were fully stocked for customers. Inventory management and control, ordering, receiving and stocking all the while ensuring proper rotation of products. Enteracting with customers, taking orders, solving customer complaints or issues and maintaining a good employee to customer relationship. Acted as a bakery manager on a floating rotation among all ten stores within the district ensureing that the departments were manned and operations fullfilled the daily needs.

Worked within the Emergency Room Department as the first point of contact for patients seeking emergency treatment. Obtaining patient information and verifying all insurance information and determing what appropriate copay is required at the time of treatment. Maintaining patient confidentiality and providing a high level of patient confidentiality and providing a high level of patient satisfaction and helping to maintain the patient flow in and out of the emergeny room.
