  • Took over the management of the Chargebacks, Fraud and Credit Risk department
  • Make sure to protect the organisation at all times with minimal losses and protection from Reputational Risks
  • Being a revenue saver for the organisation, ie. not incurring unnecissarily fees by the schemes for non compliance or exceeding thresholds
  • Making sure to maintain Fraud and Chargeback ratios within scheme thresholds
  • Generate extra revenues to the organisation through new fees being introduced
  • Driving a number of process improvements leading to effeciency and motivated employees

  • Lead an RFP for the selection of a Fraud Monitoring Tool. Currently business owner for Feedzai
