Ready to use and develop problem-solving and teamwork skills in my groundman role. I am Productive within a crew and also productive if I have to work alone. Willing and able to work long hours and always available to pick up the phone when the callout comes. I have wanted to be part of this Northwestern Energy team for some time and to learn the skills of the Northwestern Energy way. I recently completed the Pre-Apprentice Line Program and looking forward to becoming a Lineman.
