I have been employed with Sidney Volunteer Fire Department for a year and a half, and I have fallen in love with the work we do. Whether I am training, responding to calls, or helping someone in need, I have found myself very passionate about the work and helping my community. The team I work with has been extremely helpful in developing my skills both on and off the fireground and in working together to assist those in need. During my time with SVFD I have achieved multiple accreditations from training throughout Montana and North Dakota including Advanced Industrial Fire Fighting from TEEX, ICS certifications, Auto-X training in Dickinson, ND, and several other certifications. My goal is to continue developing my skills and to apply my passion and skillset towards furthering my career.
