Operator:
- I was given a paper every day which specified the location where pending work needed to be picked up using Pulitzer's. Once I have picked up the work load, I had to bring the workload to other employers and help them sort and organize the pending work near to the correct machines.
• It was common to double check in order to determine which productions were successful or not.
Achievement :
- I eventually felt that I wanted a change and an opportunity to succeed, so I decided to study and take an exam with the goal to advance from my current position as an Operator to that of Machine Setter, which I am pleased to inform you that I succeeded.
Machine setter:
- Verifying the print quality twice is necessary to ensure that the output is effective.
- Being on guard every thirty minutes to ensure that the equipment and machines are functioning properly while ensuring no issues are occurring.
- In spite of my significant production enhancements in quality, I was permitted to handle eight machines by myself without any assistance.
- Training new employees by teaching work procedures and providing guidance on future duties.
- In accordance to my shift leader's request, I took notes about the new hire's training and observations.
- By pouring the appropriate amount of mixture balance in the appropriate equipment, you may check and mix the paint with thinner.
- Making sure the machines are correctly set up for the quantity of work that requires to be done throughout my shift.
- Organizing and separating the faulty production and the successful production in different storages.
- Taking record and inputting workload on system by the end of every successful or faulty production that was done.
- Keeping track of how many closed productions were completed during the day so I can update the system and allow my colleagues know what they need to do next.
