The Shift Supervisor position aims at overseeing and taking care of the company's day-to-day operations and involves different aspects such as:

• Prompt and efficient coverage of absences and missing shifts;
• Ensuring an efficient inter-departmental communication during daily operations.
• Creating daily rotation for Game Presenters and Shufflers ensuring fairness and complying with game integrity;
• Assisting our Game Presenters and Shufflers in various aspects such as spare uniform requests, locker problems, taxi requests, AC adjustments, and emergency situations;
• Monitoring non-native time on table;
• Enforce company policies and regulations with employees;
• Extra tasks and projects within the Shift Supervisors department such as the Internal Team Events, and the Senior GP Project.

• I was a game presenter assigned to the Italian-speaking market, mainly in the Italian Generic and 888 IT teams,
• My current gaming knowledge includes Baccarat, Blackjack, Casino Hold'em Poker, and Roulette (sitting and standing, alternate and non alternate)
• I have also assisted other teams within Evolution by presenting the game in English, and French.
• Boosted customer satisfaction by providing clear instructions and maintaining a professional demeanor during gameplay.
• Provided exceptional customer service by responding promptly to player concerns or inquiries about game rules or strategies.
• Assisted in training new game presenters, providing guidance on best practices for presentation style and technique.

• My duties involved: Moving food from the kitchen to the different areas of the restaurant, from where the area waiters would serve the tables, unless when the tables are adjacent to kitchens
• Arranging hot plates and cutleries for service setup
• Arrange any take away arrangements
• Helping to translate in case of language barriers with Italian and French-speaking customers
• Helping any other area when required or during functions
• Delivering drinks from the bar area to the guests and setting up the bar for the next shift
