  • My work with Aviaserve is of a dispatcher
  • After finishing my apprenticeship, Aviaserve gave me a full-time contract
  • My job as a TRC consists of: Turnaround an aircraft, Communicate with the gate agents, check-in supervisor, ramp staff, and load control, Disembarkation and embarkation of pax, Offloading and loading of bags, Give documents to flight deck, Safety pd passengers/ staff/ aircraft and more
  • I have achieved so many things throughout my time with Aviaserve
  • I have been promoted to TRC level 2 after one year with the company
  • I have also been promoted to start doing Emirates as a TRC
  • I have also gotten my airfield driving permit as well as marshalling permit
  • All of this were done in one year and a half working with Aviaserve.

  • As part of my course I have been an apprentice with Air Malta
  • I have been assigned the following duties: Observation of office work at Skyparks, Check-in, Boarding of passengers at the gates, Escorting passengers from the gate to the aircraft or from the aircraft to the terminal as necessary.

  • Since aviation is my passion and I enjoy helping others, I did some voluntary work at the Aviation Museum
  • My job was to take care of the aircrafts
  • I had to do various jobs, such as washing the planes, cutting grass, and cleaning the hangar.

  • Since I had been attending the Salesian Brigades for five years, the leaders had chosen me to be a camp leader
  • My role was to look after a group of twelve to thirteen year old youngsters
  • I was responsible for my team, encouraged them to work as a group and to participate in various activities such as abseiling and building a boat model from recycled material
  • During this week I learnt to be creative, responsible and to work with both the youngsters and the other team leaders.

  • My job was to look after and play with the two to three year old children
  • Apart from really enjoying myself, this experience helped me to be patient, to learn how to look after children and to be responsible
