Communication skills: Good communication skills were gained through my previous experiences through the different jobs that I have worked. I have had good contact with children through my various placement studies working as a childcare practitioner and also whilst working as a Kindergarten Assistant.During my job as a customer service officer i have also gained good communication skills. Lastly during my latest experience as a supply learning support assistant in my previous jobs I have gained ample experience how to go with different kind of children according to their needs.

Organizational / managerial skills:
