- Began at Mountain Sky as a Guest Services employee in May of 2021. This job title performs an array of duties such as housekeeping, kids program, dining shifts, and helping lead activities.
- Became the Assistant Dining Room Manager in July of 2021. This position assisted the Dining Room Manager in all aspects of running our guest and staff dining rooms as well as our outdoor 'meal ride' experiences. Daily tasks of this position included management of all around staff, clearly communicating guest needs to kitchen staff, and organizing our guest dining experience from a front of house perspective.
- Became Activities/Risk Management Manager in April of 2022. This position is responsible for organizing all Adult Recreational Activities that the ranch offers, excluding horseback riding. Responsibilities include managing all around employees leading activities, managing the equipment used for activities, obtaining permits, licenses, and other required paperwork for said activities. Also booking contract entertainment for guest experiences. Mostly being the contact point for any adult activity questions or concerns. Our offered activities are hiking, fly fishing, sporting clays, archery, challenge course, white-water rafting, and many others.
- Most recently I guided elk hunts at Paradise Valley Ranch (AMB West property), and am currently helping the maintenance team until I restart my duties as Activities Manager in April of this year.
- Additionally, I have worked on the Juniper Reduction crew in November 2021, and 2022.
