JACKSON SCHMELE

Working at Premier Systems I was able to apply what I was learning in the classroom to real-life situations.

I am a Horizontal Construction Engineer in the Army National Guard, with this title, I operate heavy equipment, maintain the equipment, and know how to load, and haul various pieces of equipment.

In the Montana Guard, I am a member of the Honor Guard as well. In the Honor Guard, I perform Military Funeral Honors, and Color Guard at various sporting events.

Being a River Guide in the summers of 2023 and 2024 I was able to build customer service skills. While I was shuttle driving, I safely drove customers within the state.

While at SCL I worked with my hands and mind, problem-solving, and finding the most effective and efficient way to complete the task at hand.

• Loaded lumber and building materials into storage facilities.
• Restocked lumber and building materials to maintain adequate supply for customers.
• Assisted customers with loading lumber and other various building materials.
