While working as a sponsorship coordinator, my main responsibility was an aquisition of sponsors for the convention as well as entering into cooperation with companies in barter exchanges. My tasks consisted of negotiating contracts, preparing them and taking care of the client throughout the festival. Among the customers there were private exhibitors or companies of a larger class, such as "Inglot" or "HBO". The diversity of the topics that the companies dealt with taught me to adapt my approach to the type of customer and to find quick and effective solutions to crisis situations, without which, of course, the festival (like any other) would not exist.

• Acquiring customers by phone and e-mail.

In addition, i have been running the company's social media in the facility since august.

• Teaching children the basics of programming and assembling robots from scratch.

Also occasionally, due to the holiday reasons of my superiors, I was given the opportunity to lead a sales group as a Team Leader.
