Amongst other duties, my current principal responsibilities revolve around :

• Recruitment & Attracting Talent to address Resourcing Gaps, both internally or externally through different Strategies and exercises as required by the current Market, mainly within the Bank's Frontline (Retail & Wealth Functions);
• The Engagement & Retention of current Employees, through Communication relating to Daily Queries, Unit Visits, Updates-in-Contract Meetings, Ad-Hoc Meetings with Staff, Exit Interviews which successfully turn to Stay Interviews through the finding of Solutions..etc... and through keeping the Providence of a Positive Employee Experience a priority in every step of our Work;
• The Management of Strategic Partnership Initiatives in order to Drive Measurable Outcomes and deeper relationships and stronger trust with the relevant Business Owners and their cross-functional Teams;
• Leading the Bank's Student Graduates' Programme, here once more looking after the full Employee's Lifecycle, most of which fortunately remain to eventually become Full-Time Employees;
• Completing Administration Processes accordingly and Up-keeping of relevant Information on Bank's Records and assisting in the Data Migration, as the department is currently in between numerous Systems with the aim of integrating a new method;
• Identifying and Recommending Opportunities that would provide myself and the Team with tools for more efficiency in our work, that would in turn enhance the Business' success;
• Creating/Participating in the updating of current / formation of new Policies & Procedures, and acting as a Point of Reference to Business Owners and all Employees even with regards to Bank's Collective Agreement..etc...;
• Keeping Abreast with Updates Relevant to our Work;
• Training & Mentoring a small group of Student Workers within the P&C department, as well as of new staff through the On-Boarding & Induction Sessions.

• Voice Type : Light Lyric / Coloratura Soprano - Range : E3 - E6;-
• Classically trained, semi-Bel Canto & Cross-Over artist;-
• Commenced Voice Studies in 2007, and attended sessions with tutors such as Ms Alice Horne, Ms Denise Mulholland, Ms Nicola Said and Ms Andriana Yordanova;- Very recently also commenced training with Ms Rachel Fabri for further repertoire & genre expansion, through VocalBooth Studios;
• Participated in workshops and showcases with Teatru Manoel's Youth Opera, Malta Opera Ensemble, Malta Drama Centre as well as Malta School of Music;
• My experience includes Singing (as well as Acting, where applicable) in: Musicals and other Performance Productions (main ones mentioned below), Weddings, Charity events, Concerts, Festivals and other Special Occasions Ceremonies, both as a soloist and a chorister;-
• Whenever I have any extra available time, I also enjoy working on Covers as well as composing Original Songs (both music and lyrics) and producing/recording them... Of course my hopes are to one day share some of my pieces through publishing.

All of the above, together also with the exam preparatory experiences I have journeyed for the successful achievement of certificates relating to Musical Theatre / Singing / Performing (all listed and explained in the Education and Training Section of this CV), gradually led my repertoire to explore and be challenged by pieces such as from Musicals, Operettas, Operas, Masses and as well as from Oratorios.

Participation in Local Averts and/or Foreign Commercial Shoots from time-to-time, usually through contracts with Redorange Image Consultants and/or Cinematographer Clive Brincat.

Participation in TMYO Weekly Sessions, Performances & Projects.

Held role of a Stand-In as well as Double for one of the main actors covering a principle character in the upcoming American Horror Movie, to be called, "The Last Voyage of the Demeter", which premiered internationally on the 11th of August 2023.

Educating the public through Social Media content and activities, Outreaches, collaboration with other organisations and Animal Activist Speakers with similar Values, the organisation of the yearly international NARD (National Animal Rights' Day) event, as well as regular Community Meet-Ups..etc...

Furthermore, we also volunteer at the Sunshine Animal Sanctuary, a Charitable Organization and NGO in Marsascala.

• Teaching Recreational Drama classes to young students which were planned to to involve gradual introductions to the many artistic aims to be explored through interesting exercises and activities;
• Such teaching strategies leave space for the elements necessary for the inclusion of excitement and fun, so that a better and more natural understanding of any concept being handled is constantly ensured;
• Skills that I shed focus on, range from those that can be considered as basic and having to do with both individual and group related ones, to others having to do with discipline and behaviour in general, as well as of course those skills of a creative, imaginative and performative nature;
• Initially such skills are initially tackled on a one-by-one basis, after which, the students are then encouraged to gradually start jumbling them together at once during specific exercises and activities as we go along;
• Constant light is also shed on the reasons why we are learning certain skills;
• Class discussions are always given emphasised significance, and are practised before acquainting everyone with any new learning-activities;
• Students are continuously encouraged and allowed space for the expression of their own individual creativity, and for the sharing of their thoughts, ideas as well as original conclusions to the topics and themes being delved into;
• By amalgamating such tactics within the contents of our lessons, together as one class, we build and maintain a consistent learning environment which is yet adaptive to everyone's needs throughout the whole scholastic year, and undoubtedly, this automatically enables all the students to start developing a sense of awareness, and to begin, from this tender young age, constructing the truthful internal belief that there is valuable purpose in all that they attempt and finally achieve during all of these Drama sessions, as well as upon completing their End-Of-Term / Year Assessments and Showcases.

First Soprano Official Cast Ensemble Member part in the first ever Maltese Premiere and Production of Sir Andrew Lloyd Webber's long-running 1986 Musical, "The Phantom of the Opera".

• As a Learning Support Educator, I Planned & Prepared Adaptive Material accordingly to Teacher's Lesson Schedules and Student's Individualised Educational Programme, & supported Students with Individual Educational Needs;
• As a Teacher, I taught Spanish inclusively for Beginners and Intermediates, and led Bricks4Kidz sessions during after-school-hours activities.

The Academy held different Musical shows at the end of each Summer at the Malta Drama Centre in Msida, performed by young students (ages : 3 - 16).

Cast as Main Part of Goldilocks in Roald Dahl's Musical Show, Goldilocks and the Three Bears.

Official Performances took place over the weekend starting 20th February 2015.
