Fexserv is a company that exchanges foreign currency and uses Western Union to deliver money to other countries. My responsibilities included working with clients to transmit and convert money for them. Later, I was given the position of logistics, where my duties included handling money and preparing orders for clients from the counting room. Additionally, examine the pouches and cash we use to take payments from our branches, And also deal with payments of hotels

During my time with OJO sunglasses i have learned to hone my skills in the department of sales and
customer relationships making sure each and every client gets one of the best consumer services
they can get and hope fully a one to remember , making sure sales are optimized to their fullest extent
each and every month while targets are met, also handling all clients problems fast, polite and in an
efficient matter , At one point I was chosen from amongst the staff to go abroad for company function to learn more and set my self up with a strong hold of information about the company , down below i
have listed in point form my day to day duties with OJO -
- Opening and closing the shop
- Ordering stock from other outlets , see whats doing well , whats not , making sure so nothing gets
"stuck" so no dead stock at the end of the year shows up.
- handling all client related problems , exchanges and damages.
- making sure all clients are greeted and acknowledged
- merchandising , changing the look and also keeping the shop up to standards - stock taking ,
checking that all stock is in order , nothing is stolen.
- repairs , temples , frames , lenses , etc.
- keeping the shop clean at all times.
- pushing as hard as i can to up sell.

During my time with Kyzims i was employed on a full time working basis , were i would take full
responsibility of one of our outlets which is located in B'kara , due to the fact i was alone in the shop
and had to handle all day to day duties which i have listed in point form below.

- opening and closing the shop
- cleaning , maintaining a neat and tidy look for the shop at all times
- updating windows on a weekly basis making sure all items are visible
- Making sure all clientele which enter the shop are acknowledged , offered help in a way which does

not annoy them and make sure that they are taken care of , by this i would be able to build a good
customer relationship and increase my chance to up sell
- Alarming , folding , hanging , pricing and merchandising stock
- Handling all customer related problems , which include late exchanges , damages , returns , credit
notes.
- Answering all incoming phone calls
- Keeping a keen eye out for shop lifters
- Trying my upmost best to make sure targets are met and surpassed

Helping Customers With All Their Needs Such As Make Make Up , On Which How To Apply Such
Product And Matching All Sorts Of Products In Which One Can Use Towards Their Look , While
Selling Other Products Like A Vast Selection Of Perfume With A Majority Of Different Prices ,
Promoting Our Products As In Being Put Outside And Doing My Best To Sell And Promote Any New
Products , Reaching Certain Amount Of Targets Set For Us By My Employer With A Duration Time Of 1 Month.

Through out my working experience as a shop assistant i have learned many things some of which i
have listed in point form below. Gaining self confidence with customers and staff i had to work with
dealing with everyday sales , end of the months targets. I have also learned how to be responsible for
my own actions at work and also learned that work as a team helps us reach our goals. Such
achievements helped me in believing much more in my self and also boosted my confidence as well
as my personality.
- Opening and closing the shop.
- Closing the cash (End Of Day)
- Handling transfers which go In and out of the shop.
Dealing with customers on a day to day basis.
-Replenishing stock which comes out from the store and placing them into the shop.
- Keeping the shop at its up most best at all times.
- Receiving large amounts of stock , checking , opening , pricing , alarming stock And putting stock out
on the shelves.
- Handling Sales , reaching certain amount of targets each and every Month. Taking care and being
responsible of the shop when manager wasn't present.
