I started my career in customer service at the age of 13, starting as a dishwasher. And moved on to waiting tables at a restaurant, running a casino, and management of local gym. I strive to excel and succeed in every aspect of my life. I am a friendly and team oriented person who enjoys lifting others up and creating a positive work environment. My free time is spent with grandkids, riding my motorcycle and traveling. Health and fitness are essential in my personal well being. I achieved my first supervisor position at the age of 17.


Since becoming the manager at Magic Diamond Casino I have increased revenue by an average of 20% over the previous year, for 8 years in a row. Effectively bringing new customers and creating an environment they want to be in with excellent customer service, cleanliness, and a friendly atmosphere.


My employee turn over has been minimal with several of my team being with me for 8-9 years because I ran a team orientated location that took the employees families into consideration and an open door policy to create a trusting relationship.
