◦ Taking Care of Vacation leave and Sick Leave
◦ Monthly Reports (GP 51 / OPM Monthly Returns / Jobs plus returns)
◦ Movement report and Part-timers report to Finance notifying them of any changes relating to Appointments / Allocation / Deduction etc. )
◦ Preparing of GP 47 when requested
◦ Reporting of employees who exceeded their sick leave entitlement
◦ Time Off In Lieu
◦ Exception Reports
◦ Palming In late Report and Employees who do not work their Core time report
◦ Informing ICT of any retirements or resuming duties or Unpaid leave
◦ Informing Customer Care of changes in employees allocation
◦ Answering of telephones and replying to e-mail queries
◦ Any requested information or statistics required by HR Manager from time to time
◦ Keeping Master list (Employees information) up to date of any changes
◦ Keeping HRIS up to date of any changes
