  • Performed Unclaimed Property Holder, Rental Vehicle Tax and Lodging Facility Sales and Use Tax audits for noncompliance and continued compliance.
  • Assist with third party auditor reporting for Unclaimed Property.
  • Handle all phases of Voluntary Disclosure Agreements for Unclaimed Property Holders.
  • Manage Unlocatable Mineral Trust, Unlocatable Mineral Trust claimant, Unclaimed Mineral Holder, Reciprocity-both holder reporting and claims and Unclaimed Property Holder accounts.
  • Inventory incoming Safety Deposit Box contents and oversee our vault.
  • Process BIT Appeals for Unclaimed Property Holders and resolve tax payer issues regarding due balances.
  • Identify issues in our software and work with developers to maintain effective and efficient process for holder reporting.
