  • Fill priority positions for Engineering, Construction and Heavy Equipment/Maintenance clients nationwide.
  • Take the time to truly learn my clients culture/what makes them tick. This is the most important part in making a true match or connection between candidate and company. If it's not a cultural fit it will never work long-term.
  • Connect qualified Tier A candidates with Hiring Teams around the US (Engineering, Construction, Heavy Equipment, etc.)
  • Source, identify/screen and submit candidates to client
  • Build customized questionnaires for each new job requisition based off of Hiring Manager's needs.
  • Walk each candidate through the interview process (Scheduling initial, 2nd and final interviews, flights and face to face on-site visits)
  • Delegate priority positions to talent scouts and recruiting partners
  • Work with sourcers/recruiting partners to locate top talent. Lining them out and giving them direction on what the Hiring Team is looking for and where they can possibly find it.
  • Debriefing Hiring Manager and Candidate post interview
  • Conduct reference checks
  • Maintain, nurture and expand all client relationships
  • Keep detailed records of all candidate conversations and information using CRM (Resumes, Emails Project Lists, Questionnaires, etc.)
  • Cold and Warm Market networking/calls
  • Extensive client management

  • The Greenback card was a membership driven savings program that I started
  • Simply put, I was driving traffic to local businesses
  • The business would come on board the membership and offer savings to anyone with a Greenback Card
  • I personally went door to door and signed over 100 businesses within 60 miles of Billings, MT which all paid $99/month to be part of the membership. Then I turned around and sold Greenback Membership cards to people all over the region for $40/year so they could save money year round at participating locations.
  • Shortly after starting this company Groupon launched. It was only a matter of time before groupon took marketshare all over the US. That ultimately ended my startup company! Next!
