My vast experience in the investments area makes me the ideal and most suitable client for the role of Head at BOV Asset Management.

During the last 20 years my career at the bank has evolved from being the back office person to the person responsible for the generation of revenues in one of the subsidiaries of Bank of Valletta, duly licensed by the MFSA.

I am already very much involved in the setting up of budgets and targets of the company, besides directly responsible for the increase in business for both the distribution of the retail funds and the increase in business in the Institutional mandates.

I already respond to various committees within BOVAM and from time to time asked to join the board meetings of the company.

Being the person responsible for the marketing of the distribution of our retail funds, I keep close contact with our financial advisors, branch managers etc by organising various meetings, investment seminars etc.

A team of 7 people already respond directly to me and I believe that the team is highly motivated and works well in harmony as proved by the encouraging results of the last year. I am also very well respected by my peers and other colleagues and work closely with the portfolio mangers and the risk and compliance people.

During the last year only I managed to conclude 11 portfolios to the amount of over EUR50millions besides various injections from existing clients.
