Ordered all materials needed to complete jobs. Helped new welders get caught up with the current crews expectations. Traveled all over Montana to locations that had problem areas to help get the joint count lower.

All aspects of ranching, fencing, welding, equipment repair, cattle grazing, doctoring cattle, branding, calving, moving cattle from pasture to pasture. bring sick cattle back to the barn to be doctored when need be. haying, feeding. loading cattle for transport to sale barn.

Traveled all over the States working on machines performing track maintenance. Worked in crews from 4 people to 45 people. From small repairs to larger repairs on diesel engines. Welded and fabricated new parts to keep the operation going to meet demands.
