
I got in to the fitness at a young age when i was getting picked on on how skinny i was and i decided i needed to change . This journey of self improvement taught me a lot of things regarding health and fitness.I aspire to be an energetic Trainer with thorough knowledge of diverse strength training programs and group classes. Versed in assessing client fitness levels and safely supporting goals.
During the past 2 years I Had the opportunity to learn different things revolved around the sport industry. Some subjects included were Sports business , Anatomy , Assessing a personal training session,etc and I also had the opportunity to work several times hands on by helping teachers deliver a successful sports day . This was held every Friday . This was a very good learning experience which will surely help to develop my skills . Some things that i had to do during these sessions were to create an exercise for the year group and deliver it to them . This taught me a lot about how to work with people of different needs.
Problem-Solving
I started playing at a young age of seven years old withy my local club Zabbar . I am still active in this sport and i aspire to someday reach the top level of maltese football .
Graduated MCAST( Advanced diploma in Sports ) and secondary school and managed to get 7 O - Levels
