Responsible for leading Enemed's aviation into-plane operations with a high level of ownership and accountability for the day-to-day management, ensuring continuous improvement in performance, efficiency, productivity, and profitability through strong leadership and effective strategies.

Responsible for ensuring full compliance with JIG requirements across the entire fuel supply chain from the ocean terminal to the aircraft while maintaining adherence to all legal and regulatory obligations governing into-plane operations. This includes developing and updating Standard Operating Procedures SOPs, preparing regulatory-mandated training plans, managing all personnel training requirements, and maintaining accurate training records for audit purposes. Additionally, responsible for receiving on-wing service training from Enemed's clients and subsequently training all into-plane operations staff to ensure consistent, compliant, and safe operational practices.

Responsible for performing maintenance, repair, and overhaul MRO work on commercial aircraft in compliance with EASA Part-145 regulations and manufacturer specifications. Duties included conducting routine inspections, troubleshooting technical issues, replacing or repairing aircraft components, and ensuring all tasks were completed to the highest standards of safety, quality, and airworthiness.

Promoted to Level 2 Technician, taking on responsibilities such as inspecting maintenance work performed by the team, documenting all tasks, collaborating with engineers and inspectors, and supporting the efficient turnaround of aircraft during base maintenance checks.

After six years, I was chosen to be a Team Leader, responsible for coordinating daily activities, monitoring team performance, providing coaching and feedback, resolving operational issues, and fostering a collaborative work environment to drive productivity, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
