- I worked at custom 2 as a structural welder for five years. Learned an array of procedures i.e. reading blue prints, sketching up plans , how to do lay out by hand, cutting with various saws, milling, lathing, passing inspected welding procedures and have built a good relationship with CWI Owen Lang over the years.
- I essentially needed to be challenged more and I needed more responsibility so i moved shops to the belgrade location to fabricate on the architectural end of production.
- Working the last five years with them i grew alot in working with detailers, architects, site super intendent, project mangagers. I was more on site, taking numbers, and producing high end stair cases and railings, and various other projects.
- I was the lead fabricator for years, taking crews up to BIg Sky and surrounding areas to run majority of installation jobs.
