Since working at MWP I have learned a lot about being in and helping to provide a good work environment. I have learned to become a teacher to help those who are new and have no experience in this field. I have gained a lot of experience with people who deal with mental health problems and addiction problems. I enjoy the line of work that I do and I am constantly trying to better myself and learn new things. I have learned to run a shift at times when my shift has had no Lt. at all off and on in the last couple of years.
