Summary

I have worked in the solar industry for 8+ years, with most of my experience being in the mechanical and civil trades. With the guidance of some excellent mentors and teachers, I've worked my way through the ranks from the bottom. With their leadership and hands on training, I have learned the benefits of doing a good and thorough job and make it a practice in my own leadership role to run a tight ship, while also taking care to share these best practices with my team. I'm a team player and have worked with the unions of California and Nevada, as well as the Moapa Band of Paiutes of Las Vegas. Conflicts often arise on these projects and I've used my conflict resolution and other communication skills to maintain a good and professional relationship with these other entities. The solar industry has been very good to me and I plan on being in this industry as long as it will have me.
