- For one specific project, I am serving as the Site Coordinator, where I am responsible for overseeing and managing coordination between the Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and all subcontractors on-site. I ensure smooth communication, proper scheduling, and workflow alignment to keep the project on track and running efficiently. My responsibilities include addressing daily operational challenges, resolving on-site issues, and maintaining a safe, productive work environment. Acting as the central point of contact, I help streamline construction processes, improve cross-team collaboration, and support the successful delivery of each phase of the project. While this is not my permanent position, taking on this role has allowed me to broaden my experience and demonstrate flexibility in handling complex project coordination tasks.
