- Company Overview: BNF Bank formerly BANIF, had approached me themselves when setting up their operation in Malta.
- Working at BANIF was more embarking on a new project rather than working in another bank.
- The early years were a very unusual experience.
- Forming part of a team who literally constructed this new bank in Malta is a once in a lifetime opportunity which was worth the risk.
- We were able to put our studies and former experience into practice as this was about assisting in the set up of a new business.
- My first position was that of a Commercial Manager within the Commercial / Retail Department.
- Later on, I was promoted to Branch Manager and opened two new branches.
- On the opening of the third branch, which is the branch I currently manage, I was appointed as a Senior Branch Manager assisting other smaller branches, coaching other managers and assisting our department in general.
