- Creator of 2 data model that are used by the company for 2 different projects:

big winners (to find and classify big win events for different departments) bonus hunters (to find abusive players and leaks in bonuses terms and conditions)

- Collection, monitoring and processing of costs and revenues by business area, reporting anomalies and causes.

- Support the CFO on the annual budget, monthly forecasts and periodic analysis reports for commercial department

- Constant monitoring of the progress of the indicators relating to the various business processes

- Development of efficiency improvement, costing/pricing projects through data analysis and statistical models

- Analysis of sales, offers and internal process using data mining statistical tools

- Collaboration with the lean program manager to optimize internal process

Building of data structures and query to optimize reports and implement new KPIs

- Statistical analysis of the performance of stores, cash exceptions and inventory movements

- Implementation of statistical-mathematical models to analyse the risk of fraud on promotions and loyalty programs

- Preparation of ad hoc reports and investigations on anomalous transactions

- Implementation and preparation of periodic reports for the different departments, analysis of trends and results

- Management of entry, exit transactions and portfolio changes
