Responsible for planning, organizing, and managing field and workshop operations for the Rental Department. Ensured technical support, safety, and quality while maximizing operational efficiency and minimizing costs. Key duties included:

Leading and supervising field and workshop technicians.
Professionally communicating with customers, providing service details, crew assignments, and managing equipment transfers.
Coordinating maintenance schedules, commissioning equipment, and identifying necessary spare parts and tools.
Documenting daily activities, maintenance reports, and field service tickets.
Developing and refining internal procedures and documentation.
Ensuring a safe and clean work environment.
Training and mentoring new hires.
Assisting in the recruitment process and regularly assessing technicians' skills.
Collaborating with the QHSE Supervisor to update documentation.
Working with the engineering department on equipment improvements and upgrades, resulting in reduced downtime and enhanced equipment performance.
Being hands-on when needed to maintain customer satisfaction.
Available 24/7 during hitch for installation, repair, and maintenance tasks.

• Managed workover and completions engineering assignments and operator's completion plan.
• Planned and scheduled field activities according to set timelines and order of operations.

Perform preventative maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of Top Drive systems in both field and shop environments.
Troubleshoot 120/208/480VAC electric systems, 24VDC electric systems, top drive PLC systems, and hydraulic top drive systems.
Conduct training for rig personnel on operating Top Drive systems and performing preventive and scheduled maintenance.
Provide 24/7 onsite monitoring, servicing, and supervision of Top Drive systems to ensure proper and safe operations.
Understand and practice QHSE management systems.
Perform preventative maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of casing drive systems in both field and shop environments.
Conduct function testing and inspection of casing equipment to ensure proper and safe operation.

Supervisor of Authorized Repair Laboratory
Install, program, test, and maintain electronic components, sub-systems, and systems for efficient business operations.
Expertise in slot machines with CoolFire1, CoolFire1+, and CoolFire2 platforms, as well as electronic roulettes like Gold Club, NovoUnity, and Alfastreet.
Inspect and test equipment, identify defective parts, and recommend corrections.
Apply metrological verification rules in gambling.
Perform preventive maintenance on electronic roulettes and slot machines.
Conduct training sessions for new staff.
Commission new casino halls.
