My duties as a Customer Service Representative here at IMDG were to call and receive calls from customers for short term installment loans for the portfolio “Target Cash Now”. We reviewed customer’s confidential information in order to proceed with signing for a loan which was reviewed by supervisors. During this time, I was moved to a Target Cash Now Customer Service Agent in which people would call in and pay off their loans, set up a different date to make a payment, or transfer them to correct department if they were a collections customer.

My duties as a housekeeper at the hospital were to prepare my cleaning cart for the day's duties. I cleaned the lobby area, offices, restrooms, patient rooms, nurse’s stations, the autopsy room, areas in all buildings by Northern Montana Healthcare, I was trained to extract and scrub floors with our heavy equipment cleaners, and vacuumed with our industrial central vac. I worked my way up to floor lead while I worked here. I always worked with a positive attitude because that’s who I am genuinely. This job helped me with personal skills also I can use in my own home that I thought I had before but they advanced working here.

At the time, Smokehouse Grille & Grocery was owned by Island Mountain Development Group, the grocery store was opened for a small time. My duties here were to greet customers, stock and price in new inventory at the store, cash out the day’s totals of expenses and clean up. As a waitress, I also greeted customers & provided menus, took & served food and drink orders for them, helped the cook if there were busy “rush nights” and did all dishes from the shift’s work, I cleaned the entire restaurant dining area including the men & women’s restrooms, and finally I cashed out the day’s total expenses for my shift.
