- Responsible for commercial cleaning and light maintenance of offices, restrooms, common areas and floor maintenance of various oil company accounts (i.e. Conoco Phillips, Halliburton, Hess and etc.) office operations and production facilities in North Dakota, New Mexico, Colorado, Texas and commercial accounts (i.e. public schools) in Bozeman, MT. I was utilized as needed in these locations. I used a variety of floor equipment for stripping and waxing of hard surface VCT flooring and the upkeep maintenance with floor scrubbers.
- Performed landscaping duties on client facilities, lawn mowing, trimming and weed control. I was responsible for changing of light bulbs and HVAC filters as needed at facilities. PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) worn when required. Completed OSHA 30 certification.
- Adherence to client safety rules and protocols. Have the stamina and the ability to lift loads over 50 pounds repeatedly and the use of ladders and fall protection to complete tasks was required as was working as an effective team member. Worked concurrently with Express Personnel job at various times.
- Moved furniture for cleaning and set up for special events.
