My journey at InterContinental started back in 2018 as a Conference and Banqueting attendant where i grew in a span of 5 years.
InterContinental Malta being one of the largest hotels on the island has total of 481 guest rooms as well as 24 meeting rooms with total of 5000m2 of meeting space, hosting up to 2000 pax stand up events as well as up to 1000 pax seated gala dinners. I am supporting F&B Manager and overlooking total of 11 F&B outlets:
- Our breakfast buffet restaurant with 400 pax maximum seating capacity hosts even up to 800 people during the peak season, offering large variety of breakfast items as well as live cooking omelet station as well as vide variety of coffee, tea, fresh juice etc..
- Alternative for breakfast with capacity of up to 150 pax, serving breakfast and pre-dinner drinks with cold canapes as a perfect appetizer for dinner.
- All day dining bistro with wide variety of food, having maximum seating capacity of 80 pax spread on 2 floors offers a nice option for half board and full board guests
- Rooftop infinity pool offering luxury service with amazing view from 19th floor, serving lunch by the pool as well as dinner having popular sushi bar as well as wide selection of tapas.
- Main pool of the hotel being able to host up to 400 pax at a time offers a welcoming atmosphere for families with kids, serving pizza and burgers as well as wide option of salads to please summer needs.
- Mediterranean grill restaurant located in our garden within the hotel offering dining option with 60 pax seating capacity while enjoying live acoustic music for perfect summer evenings.
- Our Lobby bar offering unique set of cocktails perfect for heavy traffic in our busy lobby with a lot of check ins and check outs.
- Champagne and cigar Bar offering relaxing atmosphere with wide selection of Champagne combined with oysters and cold cuts..
- Seafood Italian fine dinning restaurant offer wide selection of fish and shellfish as well as pasta, located on our private beach, Paranga is the busiest restaurant in the hotel hosting up to 150 pax for dinner.
- Our Beach Bar located just next to Paranga on our beach offers a perfect selection of summer cocktails having busy operation of up to 300 pax.
- Italian Pizzeria serving authentic Italian pizza prepared by our award winning Pizzaiolo.
Waiter in charge of section in a popular Maltese restaurant in heart of Valletta offering wide selection of meat cuts as well as seafood, with rich wine menu, hosting up to 80 pax per dinner.
