Continued mining career at Sibanye Stillwater - East Boulder location, as a Miner 1/2. Member of experienced crew that efficiently and safely developed Life of Mine Muck Passes: beginning from main level drift, advancing to bean hole chute packages, and eventually progressing to driving of 800 foot Alimak Raise to breakthrough at another level. Gained more experience with Mechanized Mining Tactics (use of Jumbo Drill and Bolter).

Experienced Alimak Raise, Production, and Development Miner. Began underground career as a Operator/Nipper/Bottom-man and quickly progressed to working in the raise. Familiar with Alimak set-up and tear down as well as construction of nest. Experience with drop raise mining. Able to install required ground support and muck out headings efficiently and safely as well as load trucks and trains. Up to date on training and ATF approved for use of explosives. Competent on Jackleg, Stoper, Alimak Raise Climber, Underground Loader (1yd, 2yd, 3yd, 4yd, and 6yd), Underground Haul Truck, Flatbead Supply Truck, and Articulating Scissor-lift Utility Truck, as well as various skidsteers and forklifts. Capable of heavy lifting.

Began working in the Construction field at age 18. Started as a laborer but quickly became proficient at operation of various types of equipment. Completed laborer duties such as: culvert installation, fencing, pipe laying, HDPE poly-pipe fusion, surveying, jackleg drilling, use of rock expansion agents, cutting and welding, general carpentry, erosion control, trenching, rigging and hoisting, extensive masonry work, and more. Experience operator on various brands and models of above ground Excavators, Loaders, Dozers, Road Graders, Skidsteers, Water Trucks, Haul Trucks, Manlifts, Forklifts, and Compactors. Began General Foreman duties on small projects after 6 years in the Construction field.

First full-time job following High School Graduation. Duties included rebuilding, restoring, and painting of advertising billboards across the state of Montana, as well as framing, carpentry, and roof-repair on houses, garages, and barns.
