During my time at Bee Smart Summer School, I worked as a kindergarten class educator, where I was responsible for caring for the children’s well-being, including attending to their personal needs such as changing. I also planned and created fun, hands-on, and engaging activities that supported their learning and development in a playful environment. My role involved ensuring the children felt safe, loved, and encouraged to explore, learn, and express themselves every day.

• During this year's summer school experience, I worked with a child who was diagnosed with autism and experienced anxiety when there were changes in routine.
• I provided consistent emotional and practical support, helping her navigate daily activities and develop coping strategies in a calm, structured environment.
• This role required patience, adaptability, and close collaboration with caregivers and professionals to ensure the child's needs were met effectively.
