A crucial aspect of my role involves onboarding and training new employees, equipping them with the necessary skills in everything from our specific cleaning protocols and client interaction best practices to fostering critical thinking for problem-solving. I also manage client appointments, ensuring smooth scheduling and confirmations, and personally oversee the maintenance of our standards for cleanliness and organization. Furthermore, I am the first point of contact for client check-ins, striving to create a welcoming and efficient experience for everyone we serve.
