For the last 5 years i have worked at Home Depot starting as an overnight freight associate working my way to receiving. During the time as freight i was trained in heavy equipment operations (forklifts, electric ladders, order pickers, etc) I worked with inventory management in both freight and recieving. As a Team Manager for the last 5 years with the company, handling employee time keeping, human resources tasks, involved in corporate projects, international travel opening and supporting new sites, and working with employees to meet company and site goals and maintain throughout job duties. Prior to that spent time as a Case Manager and advanced Technical Support Customer Service Representative with 7 years in technical and customer support roles. Effectively identifies problems using advanced troubleshooting skills. I am skilled in dealing with escalated customers and assisting them with them proper assistance. I am adept at scheduling my own day. Have taken part and lead special projects. I have been a technician with an extensive installation and repair background. I possess thorough knowledge of both residential and commercial installations. I am hard worker who quickly masters new skills and systems, while upholding a high level of customer service.
