Worked in numerous departments within the bank, including Accounts, Bills and Credit, Cash and in the back office. Duties consisted of supervising teams of up to 15 employees, distribution of work, and assessment of the junior staff. A main aspect of this work was related to the repatriation of foreign cheques, including identifying fraudulent cheques. During this time, the team I supervised had a very successful rate of identification and reporting of such instances.

Worked within bills and credit department. Duties consisted of reviewing of documents (invoices, bills of lading, etc.), received from importers/exporters, corresponding with foreign banks to provide the necessary transaction documentation.

Duties consisted of encashment of cheques and accepting deposits.

Provided face-to-face services and handled customers concerns and complaints. Duties included greeting customers, opening and closing of accounts, and handling of deposits and withdrawals.
