Me and Eng. Emanuele Vetere started a rendering services company online.

With this company we rendered more than onehundred condominum apartments.

The services were:

- 3D modelling with Sketchup and Enscape

- Realistic Renderings in 4k

- 3D realistic video tour of the 3D model

- 3D video walkaround

The concept was to get the contractors works hooking the client with the rendering services and beeing paid for this.

Refurbishment of a 2-story Villa + basement

First work as self-employed.

At the time I was promoting my renderings online and a person who saw them asked me to make a sketch for her villa, a sketch she liked a lot and commissioned me to make.

She had a rustic and traditional design in mind and despite her low budget came out a wonderful job.

I took the work, did the design following client's request, the project managment and carried out the execution building up a sub-contractors team with two additional helpers for the daily building site tasks.
