I have worked quite a few different jobs but never felt confident in most of them so they did not last long. When i started working as a machine operator in Methode initially i was scared that i would not be good enough, but with a great team and pushing myself to do and be better i learned so much and lasted close to 11 years ,learning so much and having the chance to teach new operators. I felt confident i knew my job 100%. But a change was needed. I applied to the same line of work as it is where i feel most confident.

Now i am working in Crane Authentication , changing work place and people after so long was very hard for me, but i was welcomed by everyone with such warmth that i quickly adapted to both work and environment . 2 years flew right by , learning a lot of new jobs.

I am always looking for ways to learn as much as i can in a job so learning about this new opportunity in Nashua Crane NXT i was very intrigued, so i decided to take my chance and apply for this position.

Having worked with very small components that require tweezers and magnifying glass to work properly and being part of the manufacturing business for so long , i feel very confident and ready to be part of the team sent to learn all about micro optics.
