  • Performs physical inspection of the assembled product prior to the performance of any functional tests performed to verify safe completion of the product.
  • Support technical department with Commercial engine bulletins, Commercial service letters, Illustrated drawings, specifications, documents, data sets, design folders, test requirements per task acc. to O/H manuals.
  • Assists with the investigation of problems to provide engineering design disposition of discrepancies.
  • Uses production control systems and generates reports for product documentation files via SAP.
  • Associated in engines troubleshooting per test parameters and performance.
  • Engine Inspector on Rolls Royce M250 & RR300 Series Engines.
  • Disassembly of Engine Series II & IV including complete strip.
  • Inspection of such parts as per overhaul with precise/special measuring instruments (microscope, micrometer, vernier and various gages).
  • Do Turbines and Gearboxes Detailed inspection per Overhaul manual for back to airworthiness.
  • Assisted in both NDT's(MPI&FPI).
