Reservations Manager

• Input and process of booking of students, classes, payments, extensions, promotions on both courses and accommodation.
• Booking of rooms sharing, single and flights
• Booking of transfers on arrivals and departures

• Dealing with visa centre in Malta and overseas.
• Updating accounts with financial invoices for Agents.
• Updating class with any promotions, forwarding weekly level tests for arrivals.

• Dealing with bookings, payments, allocations, correspondence, Allocating duties to staff - such as maintenance, cleaners, receptionists
• Dealing with sales, as well as stop sales, promotions, room changes, restaurants, bookings.

• Evaluated organizational performance metrics and identified areas for improvement, driving continuous enhancement of operations.
• Negotiated contracts with Host Families for event services, securing cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
• Greeting students on arrival. As their guardian I spend the first 3 days with the students in Campus where we get to know each other, exchange numbers and also be prompt if they need any help. Breaking the ice and make them feel at ease.
• Dealing with Host Families, visits, contracts and licenses.
• Bringing in new Host Families.
• Organizing orientation walks with new students and introducing them to Malta and our culture.
• Tour Operator rates with Hotels and cluster apartments.
