I'm great with working with people in a team, I like to stay organized and set goals. I am hardworking and good at solving problems when they arise. I have 5 years of work experience that involves teamwork and customer experience. I am currently in college working towards my dream job. I am ready and motivated to find a career that fits with my goals and needs. I'm a 6th generation Montanan, I love being outdoors and I think this job will give me a wonderful opportunity and experience while earning an income.
As a crew worker, I had multiple responsibilities to handle. Everyone had to make sure everything was stocked up and prepared so that we wouldn't have to run around while it was super busy. I made sure that I had everything for an order so that the drive-thru ran smoothly. I also handled money quite often, and above all else, we tried to put a smile on every customer's face.
We wiped down everything in the room, cleaned, and mopped the floors. We restock the bathrooms and the coffee stations—Strip down the beds and remake them with clean, fresh linens. We vacuumed the carpet and dusted the surfaces, and we would wipe down the mirrors and windows to make everything look nice and perfect.
I would disinfect and mop bathrooms to keep the rooms sanitary and clean. I would make beds with fresh linen and restock bathrooms, I vacuumed the floors and dusted any surface. I worked with multiple other housekeepers to move faster throughout rooms.
I was constantly on the move and doing whatever I could to help out the team, if needed I stepped in to train some new crew coming in if they needed help. I made great friends that I still see to this day. I handled a lot of responsibilities and tasks all at once and made sure that communication was kept throughout the work days.
I would help the teacher with the kids by setting up lunch, getting shoes on to go outside, writing notes to parents on how the day went, putting kids down for naps, help resolve issues, and clean and sanitize the room art the end of the day.
In the fun zone, I was responsible for making sure the kids were happy and having fun. I also made sure all of the games were working correctly and stocked with toys. At the end of the night, I would restock the toys they could win and do an inventory check to make sure I had enough for the upcoming day.
