  • My role within the company varies, such as having plenty of responsibilities due to being the CEO'S Executive Assistant.
  • My everyday duties include;
  • Bank transfers (Invoices invoiced obo of the company, & monthly salary transfers)
  • Payments of all bills
  • Drawdowns of all the companies that the CEO is involved with.
  • Answering relevant phone calls.
  • Scheduling meetings.
  • Replying to emails.
  • Taking care of all the CEO's matters
  • I have other responsibilities within my role such as;
  • Marketing on social media.
  • Recruiting new employees. (We also operate a boutique hotel, so I am in charge of recruiting new employees for the hotel as well as AGB Holdings) - My job is to headhunt for the right candidate for the vacancy available once I select a list of candidates I invite them to the first interview being a meeting with myself then once I short list the candidates I invite them for a second interview being with myself and the CEO, once we have interviewed all short listed candidate we then shortlist one more time and I invite the short listed for one final interview with the CEO alone. We then select the right candidate.
  • I then take care of all the necessary things needed for the new employee such as preparing documentation, commencement forms for jobs plus and writing up of new employee contracts.
  • Inputting all sales
  • Appearing on behalf of the company on a POS or Final Deed (or any legal matters)
  • Gathering all relevant information for annual audits along with gathering all relevant information for VAT & TAX Returns.
  • Having the amount of responsibly within the company, helped me gain plenty of skills within a very short period of time. I now can confidently say that I manage to take care of multiple companies single handed.

  • Besides all that I also tackle the day to day tasks that come along during the day. The team relies on me a lot, due to me being the one that handles their day to day obstacles & duties.
  • I have a specific responsibility in my role, so I always make sure that I am focused and give my 100% so I prevent the risks of mistakes.
