Collaborate with the Head Chef and Sous Chef in menu planning, contributing to the creation of new dishes and refining existing recipes
Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, ensuring they adhere to the kitchen's standards and procedures
Manage inventory for the monthly, maintaining optimal stock levels and minimizing waste through efficient stock rotation
Uphold stringent hygiene and safety standards, regularly conducting checks to ensure compliance with HACCP regulations
Assist in service, stepping in to support other sections when needed, ensuring smooth kitchen operations.
