After becoming a mother in 1986, the motivation to help other mothers empowered me to become an active member of the Mother & Baby Club, which is a voluntary organization within the Cana Movement. The 20 years I have spent in voluntary work, five years of which I held as President of the Mother & Baby Club, helped me achieve both inter and intrapersonal growth while I was going through a parallel process of mothering. During this time, I had the opportunity to attend various seminars locally and abroad dealing with the education of parents and mothers-to-be. Later on, when my children became more independent I decided to pursue a career in psychology, which has led me to where I stand today.
I am currently working on a pilot project to introduce Mediation in schools, with the aim to reform discipline, improve relationships and build a positive climate within the school.
I am in close contact with the author, Ondine Gross, of the book 'Restore the respect. How to mediate school conflicts and keep students learning'. She has not only inspired me to make this dream come true, but also has become my mentor for this project, while offering me her support and expertise.
My hobbies include reading and travelling to explore and see the world. I love meeting people from different countries and cultures to share experiences.
