- My job duties included using House Call Pro to clock in and manage my times to be precise, and on time, contacting the customers with updates, arrival times and any details involving the work that needed to be done.
- Once getting to the house I used Encircle to document before, during and after pictures. As well as documenting moisture points and place equipment in the app to make the process run as smooth as possible. I also used Encircle to scan the affected areas for floor plans to precisely put moisture points and equipment.
- Other job duties included were collecting mold and asbestos samples and sending them to the lab. Demolition to affected areas such as drywall, flooring, cabinets, countertops and proper cleaning or disposal.
- Any time dealing with mold or asbestos I wore full protective tyvek suits, gloves and full face respirators to keep myself safe as well as adhering to all safety guidelines.
- At the end of each day I cleaned my van out of any debri and restocked it with equipment and essential items for day to day tasks, to be ready for the following day.

- I had to docusketch the works site, I also had to document every room with pictures, measurements and notes on the encircle app.
- If there was standing water I used the water extractor to remove any excess water.
- Then I would deal with any contents that were in the way of the affected area in order to start the demolition processs.
- After that I set up the proper equipment necessary for each particular job, dehumidifiers, air scrubbers, air movers, and monitor/document everyday to make sure everything is drying properly.
- Once everything was at the proper drying points we started the repairs.
